I had a lovely experience at Jupiter Lisboa Hotel, with clean and spacious rooms, and a fantastic rooftop pool that offered stunning city views. The breakfast spread was delicious, featuring a vast array of choices. However, I was a bit disappointed by the coffee quality during breakfast and the noise from the air conditioning in my room. Overall, it was a great stay! 😄

The hotel is conveniently located near metro stations, which made it easy to explore Lisbon. Just a short walk to local restaurants and cafes, although the walk to the city center takes about 40-50 minutes.

Breakfast was a delight, with a diverse selection of hot and cold options that catered to different tastes. I did wish for better coffee quality though.

The rooftop pool was a wonderful feature for relaxation. Despite it being too cold to use the facilities entirely during my visit, the gym and spa services offered were a nice touch.

I had a lovely stay at Jupiter Lisboa Hotel, appreciating its modern decor and spacious, clean rooms. The staff was polite and helpful, making the experience even better. However, the beds were a bit too firm for my taste, which affected my comfort during the night. and the location, while convenient to metro stations, wasn't quite close to the main tourist areas.

The room was spacious and exceptionally clean, featuring comfortable beds and a large bathroom. However, the bed's firmness left me with discomfort during my stay.

The hotel is located near metro stations, making it easy to navigate the city. While it wasn't in the heart of the tourist areas, Ubers were readily available for short rides.
Dining

I enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet, featuring a variety of options. The dinner buffet was good, though it didn't offer much in terms of authentic Portuguese cuisine.
Facilities

The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering great views of the city. However, I found the spa services to incur additional costs, which seemed unexpected for a hotel of this caliber.

My stay at the Jupiter Lisboa Hotel was quite enjoyable with spacious and clean rooms, plus a fantastic breakfast spread. I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the Campo Pequeno metro station, making it easy to explore Lisbon. However, being a bit removed from the city center meant that a bit more traveling was required for major tourist sites.

The superior room I had was incredibly spacious and quiet, with high ceilings and an immaculate bathroom. It made my stay comfortable and relaxing.
Service

The staff were exceptionally polite and attentive. They even surprised me with a birthday cake upon my arrival, which was a lovely touch.

While the hotel is not in the bustling city center, its location near the metro made traveling around Lisbon easy. A short walk took me to Saldanha station for even more access.

The buffet breakfast offered a great variety. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries and the option to order an omelet from the staff, which added a nice personal touch.

The rooftop pool and spa were impressive, though I didn’t get to use them much. I appreciated the 24-hour fitness room, which was an added bonus for my stay.

I enjoyed my stay at the Jupiter Lisboa Hotel overall, as it offered clean, spacious rooms and a fantastic breakfast selection. However, I did experience some noise from neighboring rooms and the busy street outside, which affected my comfort. Additionally, the rooftop pool was good, but the service there was a bit slow at times.

Rooms
9.0
The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean and featured modern design elements. The double-glazed windows effectively muted the outside noise, contributing to a comfortable atmosphere. I appreciated the quality bathroom fixtures and the amenities like tea and coffee facilities.
Service
8.0
Staff were consistently friendly and efficient, from the front desk to the restaurant. I had quick resolutions to minor issues I encountered on my first day, which was commendable. However, there were some delays in food service, particularly at the rooftop pool.
Location
7.0
The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and bus stops, making it simple to access various attractions in Lisbon. However, I found it slightly removed from some of the more vibrant dining options, which might be a consideration for those who prefer more immediate choices.
Dining
9.0
The buffet breakfast was a highlight, offering a vast selection ranging from fresh fruit to hot items like eggs and sausages (the custard tarts were irresistible!). I also enjoyed the evening buffet, which provided excellent value with its diverse and fresh offerings each night. However, I felt lunch options could use improvement, as they were limited to simple sandwiches.
Facilities
7.0
I appreciated the well-equipped gym and sought-after rooftop pool, which provided stunning views. Nevertheless, I found the spa experience somewhat lacking, particularly with the limited services available for the price.
